Evaluations We Offer
Independent Medical Examinations (IME)
An IME provides an objective, third-party psychological evaluation when a second opinion is needed in legal, insurance, or employment matters. Our IMEs are thorough, unbiased, and clearly documented for use in litigation, claims review, or dispute resolution.
Disability Evaluations
We conduct psychological evaluations in support of disability claims across a range of contexts, including VA claims, Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI), workers' compensation, and long-term disability insurance. These evaluations assess functional impairment, diagnoses, and how a condition affects daily life and work capacity.
Fitness for Duty Evaluations
When an employee's psychological fitness to perform their job is in question, a fitness for duty evaluation provides an objective assessment of their current mental health status and capacity to safely return to or remain in their role. These evaluations are commonly requested by employers, municipalities, and law enforcement agencies.
Competency and Forensic Mental Health Evaluations
We offer evaluations relevant to civil and criminal legal proceedings, including assessments of decision-making capacity, mental state, and psychological functioning as it relates to legal questions. Reports are written to meet the standards required by courts and legal professionals.
